In this brand new apartment complex we have a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment. From the spacious terrace – with dining area – you have a good sea view. Given the close proximity to the beach, the extensive sports and shopping opportunities in the area, the many cozy restaurants within a short distance, this apartment can be a good choice to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.

Given the close proximity of a beautiful sandy beach and the presence of a large outdoor swimming pool in the complex, this apartment is a good option for families with children (maximum 4 persons). The apartment complex is on a steep climb to the top, so for people with walking difficulties, or families with small children, it is not the best choice. (unless you always take the car)

The location is just perfect; close to the airport of Malaga, only 30 minutes away from the beautiful old historic city of Malaga with its impressive new marina, 15 minutes away from the big shopping center PLAZA MAYOR with all major international brands. Furthermore, close by you have amusement parks, water parks, hundreds of restaurants and shops, beautiful  marinas in Benalmadena and in Puerto Banus (Marbella), even a small beautiful zoo.

In winter time ski lovers can drive from here to the ski resort in  “Sierra Nevada” (winter time). Culture lovers can make day trips to the historic cities of Cordoba, Granada, Cadiz. Adventurers can discover the amazing beauty of the countryside of Andalucía.

The resort is easily accessible by car and also by train! There is a direct train connection from Malaga International Airport to the trainstation of “Carvajal” which is only 1200 meters away from the resort! This train station is located at the foot of the resort. From here you can take the train to the airport of Malaga (20 minutes) or to the busy city center of Malaga city!
