3 bed/ 2 bath – max. 7 guests. Luxury 3 bedroom apartment located in the heart of the world famous Puerto Banús. The apartment has been freshly renovated with high spec finishes, giving guests a stylish, comfortable, and unforgettable Puerto Banús experience.
The property offers 3 bedrooms, all of which have a queen sized double bed, 2 bathrooms (1 is ensuite), full kitchen, living/dining room, mini bar, smoking terrace, and parking space.

LAYOUT OF THE APARTMENT
Through the security gate there is a ‘smoking terrace’ or space to relax before entering the apartment. Through the front door guests will find the spacious living room on the left, complete with high spec TV (with international channels), large window/balcony, which is perfect for alfresco dining, and 2 leather sofas. Further on the left is the 3rd bedroom with attached en-suite (shower).

The kitchen is open plan and fitted with top of the line appliances (complete with dishwasher, Minibar (charges apply), microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, and all utensils needed.

Further along the corridor on the left is the shared bathroom (shower), which also houses the washer/dryer.To the right is the second bedroom. The room offers a sitting area.

At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom. The room is spacious and captures a great deal of natural light. Like the second bedroom, it also has a sitting area, but also includes a sofa bed (sleeps 2 children or 1 adult) and TV.

The apartment has a designated parking place underground that can be rented at a nightly rate of 20€.
